1. Order Fulfillment

All our products are made on demand using a third-party printing and shipping service. This allows us to offer high-quality and customized merchandise.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Once your order is fulfilled, delivery times within the USA typically range from 2-6 business days. For customers outside the USA, shipping times may vary depending on the destination.
  • Tracking: All orders include tracking information.

2. Shipping Policies

  • Shipping Costs: Worldwide shipping fees are free. Please note that we currently do not support shipments to the following locations: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine; Russia; Belarus; the Gaza Strip (Palestine); Ecuador; Cuba; Iran; Syria; and North Korea. This list is subject to change, and we recommend contacting us at admin@osgg.net if you have any questions regarding shipping availability.
  • Delivery Issues: If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package will be returned to our third-party printing facility.
    • You may request reshipment after updating the shipping address. Reshipping costs will apply.
  • Lost in Transit:
    • If a package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
    • We will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If your product arrives damaged or misprinted, we’ll replace it free of charge.
    • Contact us within 30 days of receipt with a description and clear photos of the issue.
  • Wrong Size Ordered:
    • Please double-check our size guide before ordering, as we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for size issues.
    • If you’d like a replacement, you’ll need to place a new order at your expense.
  • Buyer’s Remorse:
    • Refunds are not offered for buyer’s remorse or if you change your mind about the purchase.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement. Once production begins, changes are no longer possible.

5. Taxes and Duties

  • All orders are subject to applicable sales tax based on our shop’s base address in Mexico, which is 16%. This tax (value-added tax, VAT) will be automatically applied to your order at checkout.
  • If you require an invoice for your purchase, please contact us at admin@osgg.net, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
  • International Orders: Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

9. PayPal Payment

You can use PayPal as the payment method. In case you want to pay using PayPal please send your requirements, including the product name, size, color, and quantity, to admin@osgg.net. Our team will provide you with a custom invoice and further instructions to complete your purchase. Ensure that your PayPal account supports international payments before placing an order.

10. Extra Size Clothing Orders

For customers requiring extra size clothing, please contact us at admin@osgg.net to request a custom quote. We’ll be happy to assist in preparing a tailored order to meet your needs.
